Check Cake Order Status
If you have a pending order placed with us either through our outlet, via our Call Center or via our web site, this is the section to use if you wish to check on the status of your order. Remember, only if your order has yet to be fulfilled or collected, will it appear here as an order summary.
To begin, enter your Order Number and Password (Your Primary Contact Number) then click on the extract button. You will be presented with the order summary, including its status and any web message from the administrator.
