Minimum cake weight for home delivery orders is 1.5 kg and above. |

Minimum cake weight for self collected orders is 1.0 kg and above. |

For both home delivery and self collection orders, the minimum weight is further subject to the minimum weight based on the shape selected, whichever is the greater. |

| Ordering |

Orders must be placed 3 working days in advance (excludes day of order, Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays, Chinese New Year eve and Christmas eve), subject to the delivery schedule of the restaurant where the cake is to be collected. |

When ordering, please quote Product ID (PID) number and name (e.g. 01 Loco Moco). |

When ordering online, orders will only be considered confirmed upon full payment and upon verification / validation of order details. We will contact you should there be a need for further clarification. |

For online orders, if we are unable to confirm the order registered with us before the required lead time to produce / deliver the cake, the said order may be subject to cancellation without prejudice. Please provide valid contact and payment details to avoid order cancellation. |

You can check on the status of your order online via our website using the "Check Order Status" link. If your order is not confirmed and the 3 working days lead time is due, you may want to call our hotline to enquire so as to avoid possible cancellation. |

Decorative accessories are subject to availability and size of accessories cannot correspond with the varying cake sizes. |

Shape of the cake is based on its weight range as stipulated above. |

| Flavors |

There are a total of 24 flavors to choose from. For some cake designs, flavors may limited to specific choices and these are reflected in the footnote for the affected cake. |

You may choose a combination of any 2 flavors maximum, except for Swensen's Special which will be ordered as it is (single choice and no combination). Swensen's Special flavor consists of 3 flavors - Strawberry, Chocolate and Vanilla. |

For Macadamia Nut flavor only, there will be an additional $5.00 per kg when ordering. |

For home delivery, cakes will be packed in Swensen's Cool Box which will stay cool without refrigeration for up to 6 hours from the packing time indicated on the box. |

Payment must be made in full upon ordering. |

Only VISA, Mastercard, Diners or American Express will be accepted for telephone orders. |

All payments are non-refundable. |

| Amendments & Cancellations |

No amendments and cancellations are allowed for confirmed orders 3 working days prior to delivery. |

An administrative surcharge of $5.00 will be imposed for each amendment requested 3 working days prior to delivery. |

| Delivery & Acceptance |

Cake home delivery service is available daily. There are 3 delivery windows - Delivery A, B, C. The exact time of delivery cannot be fixed and all delivery schedules are at the sole discretion of ABR Holdings Limited. |

Self Collection of cake orders is available at most outlets daily between the hours of 11.00am to 10.00pm. For verification, please print your online order form or provide your order number when collecting. |
