How do we get things done? Depending on the size and nature of the project, we appoint a System Integrator (SI) or a Project Team Leader from the company to lead and manage a team of specialist programmers from both within the company as well as those we recruit on a project to project basis. We  will provide guidance, support and management through the life time of the project, recruiting and calling on external resources as and when required for expansion or upgrades. This keeps the overall cost down and we get the best people on the job.
